The whole record exports as a Comprehensive Learner Record (CLR 2.0) that other learning systems can import.
What they write in private stays private.
Their manager sees the applications and the check-ins. Their reflections, and every word they say to the case coach, belong to them. Their manager, your administrators, the sponsor and Lived Path cannot read them.
People write nothing useful in a feedback form when they know who reads it. The system will not produce that record for anyone else, and a test checks it on every release.
Their manager never sees what their team wrote back.
